Your city. Your STACK. Your time to beat.

Orange County is a confirmed location for the 2027 Spring/Summer STACK season. The exact stadium and race date will be announced. Registration for this race is not open yet.

The 2027 Stack

Seven exercise zones, with running before each one. Begin with a 660 m run, then return to the track for a 440 m run before each of the remaining six zones. The annual workout stays the same all season: kettlebell Russian Twists and Squat Walks; Standing Floor to Ceiling; Burpees; Supine Shoulder to Sky (Skull Crushers); Push-Up Release and Full-Body Crunches; Plate Curl 'Around the World'; and Arms-Up Lunges with a Medicine Ball to the finish.

Your Course

Running laps go counter-clockwise in lanes 5–8. Start in lanes 1–4, then gradually enter lanes 5–8 after the first 100 m. The final Arms-Up Lunges also go counter-clockwise, in lanes 1–4. Six exercise zones are arranged across the football field, and the seventh finishes on the track. Canopies cover a good portion of exercises 2, 3, 4 and 5. See the 2027 STACK workout and course diagram for the organizer-provided movements, repetitions, weights and flow.

Be First To The Starting Line

Race sign-ups are planned for late January 2027. Join the email list to be notified 72 hours before the STACK 2027 sign-up date is publicly announced. Spaces fill fast. Your email stays within our database and is never sold. Neither an account nor an email opt-in reserves a race entry.

Your Cheering Section

Bring your friends and family. The stadium setting keeps the action close, with a 20-yard spectator area between the 40-yard lines. At the 50-yard line, donate to help end human trafficking while watching a STACK team member do 1 Burpee per dollar donated. The challenge should feel real, and the day should feel fun.

The welcome-bag and giving-challenge plans are below. Final donation arrangements and inclusions will be confirmed before the events. Stacks Fitness Racing is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HYROX.

A BIGGER REASON TO SHOW UP

Your effort can go further.

The plan: one Burpee by a Stacks team member for every dollar donated toward the fight against human trafficking. At the 50-yard line, the whole stadium can cheer them on—and help with the reps.

$11 Burpee

Planned giving challenge. Donation route, allocation, and arrangements will be confirmed before race day.
